Not as great as I had hoped
I bought this diaper bag because I wanted something a bit smaller than the large diaper bag I had been using until my daughter's first birthday. I chose this particular bag because of the numerous pockets that it comes with. I love the color and it seems to be made really well. The only issue I have with it is that you can't actually put something in every pocket. If you put something in the outer bottle pocket, then the diaper disposal bag holder I have won't fit on the inside pocket on that same side. Basically, one pocket impedes the other as there just isn't enough space to go around. The changing pad just fits into the outside pocket so that once you fill up the inside, you have to squeeeeeze the changing pad into the outside pocket. It doesn't really hold much on the inside either. Since I was trying to downsize, this is probably okay for me now since it prevents me from stuffing too much inside! However, I don't think this bag would be large enough for a mom with a new...

Good bag, lots of pockets, not enough room for long outings
I agree with some other reviewers who say that there's not enough room in the bag when the pockets are full. You definitely have to choose which pockets you want to use, because you can't use them all - they infringe upon each other's space! It's a nice size for short trips, but definitely too small for full-day outings. By the time I pack a few size 2 diapers, a hard travel wipes case, my Hotsling, nursing cover and some burp cloths, there's not much room for extra toys or a blanket if you want to close the top flap. There's even less room on the inside if you take advantage of the zippered pocket for things like wallet, keys, planner, etc.I also think the bag could benefit from some metal feet on the bottom so you don't get the bag dirty when you set it down, but overall, I'm please with my purchase.

Keep coming back to skip hop!
I am a mother of two, and my youngest is almost two. I felt inclined to write a review because this diaper bag is one of my absolute favorites! I am a bit of a diaper bag hoarder and have purchased a ridiculous amount trying to find "the right one." I have my trusty Petunia Pickle Bottom Sashay Satchel and more Ju Ju Be's than I care to admit, but I always seem to come back to my Skip Hop bags. In my opinion the Dash is not for infants, but is perfect for toddlers. The fabric is sturdy, well-made, hides dirt, and the shoulder strap is very comfortable. It has many pockets and I feel like everything has its place. The outside has two front pockets, two side bottle pockets, and one back changing pad pocket. The inside has one large slip pocket on the front side, two slip pockets on the other side, a "hidden" zippered mommy pocket, and two smaller pockets on each side that house the stroller straps but can also fit bottles or slim sippies. Great bag!
After thorough research, I decided purchase this bag and I'm very happy with my purchase. The design is cute and surprisingly matches to all kinds of outfits I wear. It has pockets outside that are useful for quick baby needs and cell phone, wallet, and car keys. it is very light weight and the padding on shoulder fits comfortably. The only reason I didn't give 5 star is because it is little too tight inside space when you put stuff in outside pockets. Even when you don't put so much stuff in outside pockets, the inside space is only enough for one set of baby clothes, 3 diapers, wipes, small snacks, and a receiving blanket, and the bag rarely closes. I still use it all the time, though. It is good size for daily use for one baby. I'm about to have 2nd so I'm thinking to buy a bigger one of Skip Hop. They make great bags for sure!

Nixon Dash bag - a little small, a little beige
I have the Nixon Dash bag, and overall, I like it! There are tons of handy pockets, I like the flap-over closure (magnetic), I like the option for snapping the bag over stroller handles, the pockets are insulated and cushioned, and the fabric design is very modern and cool. HOWEVER, please note that the color is beige and black, not white and black. I suppose this is a good thing for stains and wear and tear... I was just surprised. Another gripe is the size. TOO SMALL, but just barely. I suppose it forces you to only take what you need, but I wish it were just a tad bigger - newborns require a lot of stuff! (Change of clothes, washcloths, burp rags, blankies, diapers, wipes, creams, pacis, bottles... and of course Mom stuff. Forget your purse, you'll put your chapstick, wallet and keys in this thing!) Also of note, the inner zipper broke after three months of light use. Not that big of deal, but somewhat disappointing. I wish it also had straps to put on as a backpack, but I guess...

The perfect non-diaper-bag diaper bag
This may be the best bag I've ever owned. I recently traveled by plane and found it was large enough to accommodate my 13" laptop, seven extra diapers + wipes (never know how long you're going to be stuck in the airport), two books (one for me, one for my husband), and various other items, all without making the bag bulky (though yes, it was heavy, as you can imagine). Yet, the bag is somehow compact enough that I can use it around town *without* all of those items, and it doesn't look like I'm carrying a giant empty bag around. Should your child decide he wants *you* to hold his beloved stuffed sheep, it'll fit easily inside. For any moms and dads out there returning to school, you can fit a textbook (two if they're slim), notebooks, folders, etc. inside and not worry that it looks like you're using a diaper bag. (FYI, when my laptop is inside, I find my bulky textbook too big to also fit, so I just carry it.)Perhaps my favorite feature are the two front pockets,...

Finally, the perfect diaper bag!
My husband will tell you I am a diaper bag slut - I have tried many and refused to commit to any ... until now. The Skip Hop Duo Deluxe Uptown is everything I have been looking for in a diaper bag. It is stylish AND convenient. I have an infant and a toddler, and there's room for both their stuff. The water bottle net on the side is perfect for mommy's drink but it can also adjust to fit a sippy cup, the mobile phone pocket is big enough for my smartphone, the changing pad is long enough for my toddler - I could go on and on. All the things that frustrated me in other bags are addressed with this one, and the fact that it snaps right onto the stroller made it perfect because my infant seat makes accessing the basket under the stroller impossible. So settle down for a long-term relationship with this diaper bag; this is THE BAG to own especially if you have two!!

I love this!
This bag is great! I got it for christmas and am very pleased. I don't feel it is "babyish" like alot of other bags. It is very stylish for me and my husband. The changing pad is great. It has so much room I don't think I could fill it up if I tried. It also has an anti-microbial lined pocket which is great for soiled clothes and dirty diapers. I haven't used my regular purse since I had my son. There's plenty of room for my cell, wallet, keys, make-up and two pockets for his bottles inside and pockets on the outside for water bottles. Great buy!

This Diaper Bag is expensive but awesome!
My mom bought me an expensive Vera Bradley diaper bag which only had a few pockets and all my stuff was in a jumble all over the inside. Plus there was no space for my things, only my son's. As you soon find out, you can't carry a purse and a diaper bag, so you have to have one that does both. I ordered this one because it had the most pockets I could find in a diaper bag. It rocks and my stuff is still organized after 4 months. I take this everywhere with me. The inside has great spots for a backup bottle, my stuff is on the outside, and I even have a coupon pocket for the store. This also hangs nicely on the stroller and I have found a million uses for the two outside side mesh pockets, everything from my son's bottle to water to my sunglasses and keys. I know it is a lot of money for a bag, but you won't ever need another one because it is durable and I would carry it for an ordinary bag after I don't need diapers anymore.

One of my top 3 baby items!
I bought the Skip Hop Changing Wallet before my daughter was born, based on the excellent reviews. I am not the type to need a giant diaper bag and a clunky travel system stroller just to leave the house. I would prefer to have exactly what I need and not carry all of that extra weight. This changing wallet is perfect! My daughter is now 6 months old, and I use this several times a day. It has not shown any signs of wear and is made of high quality materials. We can fit 4 (size 3) diapers, a travel pack of wipes, and some hand sanitizer. If needed, there's an extra pocket on the outside you could stick a change of clothes in, but it does get sort of bulky. For longer trips, we keep this in our diaper bag instead of the wimpy changing pad that it came with.In case you're interested, my other favorite baby items are the Ergo baby carrier and the Hooter Hider nursing cover. I routinely leave the house to spend the whole day with my baby girl with nothing else.

Perfect for Daddy's Day Out With Daughter
This review is for the Skip-Hop Pronto and is from daddy's perspective. This was my bag of choice when taking my baby daughter to day trips to the museum, beach, friends, Grandma's, etc. I really liked the bag and used it for over a year as my daughter was still just wee. Below are the main points I can speak to from my experience:Pros* Size - This size was just perfect for day trips. It held a travel-size package of wipes, a few infant diapers (or a couple of bigger ones), and a couple of tubes of hand sanitizer, bottom balm, etc. I loved the fact that it all condensed down into a small sized satchel that could be tossed under the compact stroller or hung on the handle without taking up a lot of space or getting in the way. I always kept a larger, fully stocked diaper bag in the mother-ship (car) where room and space weren't as much an issue.
